Is white considered a print color? +
On white paper, it’s not printed. On colored or clear materials, white ink is used as a base or visible color.
Can you print on materials not listed on your site? +
Yes, we often handle custom requests. Contact us for unique printing materials or sizes.
Can I request packaging or finishing options like lamination, binding, embossing, etc.? +

What is the Pantone Matching System? +
The Pantone Matching System (PMS) is a color reproduction standard in which colors are each identified by a unique number. It allows precise color matching and consistency across printing processes.
What types of paper are available for me to print on? +
We can help you find just the right paper for your project. Please call our team for more information on the types, sizes and colors of paper available.
Why do the printed colors look different from the colors on my screen? +
Monitors use RGB (Red, Green, Blue) while printers use CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black). Some RGB colors cannot be exactly reproduced in CMYK, which can cause differences. For critical colors, we recommend test prints.
Will the colors on my computer monitor match what is printed? +
Due to our printers being toner-based and not ink-based, exact PMS matching is limited. However, we can closely match most colors presented for print.
Will you match a sample I print out on my own printer, or a previously printed sample? +
No guarantee can be made because output devices differ (inkjet, laser, offset, etc.). We require proof approval before full production to ensure closest possible match.
Do you offer eco-friendly printing options? +
Yes, we provide recyclable paper, soy-based inks, and sustainable materials upon request.
What is Paper Grammage? +
Paper weight is expressed in grams per square meter (gsm). Writing/printing paper ranges 60–120gsm, while card stock is heavier, used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.
What printing methods do you use? +
We use Digital, Offset, Screen, UV, and Sublimation printing depending on the product and quantity.
What file formats do you accept for printing? +
We recommend PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, CDR, and high-resolution JPEG or PNG. Files should be 300 DPI in CMYK mode for best results.
Do you offer color matching? +
We try to match colors as closely as possible. For brand-specific colors, please provide Pantone (PMS) codes.
Will the final product look exactly like the preview or mockup? +
We do our best to match the preview, but slight variations in color, size, and placement may occur due to printing processes.

What if I don't have a design? Can I still order? +
Absolutely, just mention you need help with design, and we’ll assist you in creating one before printing begins.
Can you help me create a logo from scratch? +
Yes, our creative team offers full logo design services, including concept development and revisions depending on your budget.
At what resolution should I save my photos and graphics? +
300 dpi at final use size. Web images (72 dpi) are usually too low and may print pixelated. Save in CMYK mode for best results.
How do I make a PDF file? +
If you are unfamiliar with creating print-ready PDFs, please call us and we’ll assist you.
Do you offer design templates? +
Yes, we have templates for select items like Business Cards, Compliment Slips, and Letterheads.
What does Resolution and DPI mean? +
DPI (dots per inch) is print resolution. 300 dpi is required for high-quality printing. Anything below 200 dpi may not be suitable.
What is a Bleed? +
Bleed is artwork extended past the cut edge to ensure no white borders. This allows trimming tolerances without affecting the final print.
