Please read these terms and conditions carefully, as placing an order or making a payment for any service signifies your agreement to be bound by them.

1 Information About Us – Who We Are

Print Space® is a trademark owned by Fabulous Printers Limited ("We," "Us," "Our"). We are a registered company based in Nairobi, Kenya, with our offices located on Sotik Road in the Industrial Area.

2 About You ("the Client", "Buyer")

By accessing and using our website (https://www.Print Space-ke.com), you consent to the use of your personal information strictly for the purpose of processing your order and delivering our services.

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

A contract between you ("the Client", "Buyer") and us is established once you successfully place an order on our website (https://www.Print Space-ke.com) by either making a payment or signing an agreement with us.

3 Use of Our Artworks (Designs)

We create artwork designs for our clients, either before an order is placed (for approval) or after the order has been confirmed. It is your responsibility to carefully review and proof read the artwork to ensure all information is accurate before we proceed with production. Once you approve the design, we will not be held liable for any errors or omissions that may have been overlooked during the review.

Our responsibility is limited strictly to the quality of the final product — including material quality, print quality, and finishing (such as cutting, binding, lamination, branding, and glue work). The same terms apply to any artwork provided by the client or buyer.

4 Information and Materials You Provide

All content and materials you submit for printing must be accurate, original, and comply with the laws of Kenya. Specifically:

The information you provide must be:

  1. Accurate, where it presents facts.
  2. Genuine, where it reflects opinions.

Content must not include or promote the following:

  1. Defamatory remarks about any individual or organization.
  2. Offensive, hateful, or abusive language or intent.
  3. Sexually explicit content (e.g., pornography or adult material).
  4. Messages encouraging violence or harm toward any person or group.
  5. Discriminatory content based on ethnicity, race, gender, religion, disability, language, pregnancy, marital status, appearance, economic background, political views, skin color, or age.
  6. Misleading or deceptive information likely to confuse or misinform individuals in Kenya.
  7. Promotion of any illegal activity under Kenyan law.
  8. Threats or violations of others' privacy.
  9. Incitement to hatred, violence, or unlawful actions.
  10. Copyrighted or trademarked content without valid proof of ownership or usage rights.
  11. Content related to firearms, drugs, alcohol (without age verification), gambling (without proper licensing), pyramid schemes, or dangerous substances.
  12. Counterfeit materials such as fake identification documents, certificates, or currency.

5 Delivery

All orders placed with Print Space will be delivered to the address you provide at the time of ordering for a fee. Delivery timelines are as follows: 3 to 6 working days for small orders and up to 14 working days for larger orders. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation and updates from us via our email (info@Print Space-ke.com) or through our official phone numbers.

6 Quality

The materials we supply will meet the quality standards based on the approved artwork, whether provided by you ("the client"/"buyer") or created by us. Please note that slight color variations may occur during printing or branding. This is due to differences in how colors appear across various screens (computers, phones, etc.).

To help us match colors more accurately, we recommend providing Pantone color codes. We are not responsible for any color discrepancies in the final product if Pantone codes are not supplied.

However, if a mistake is made on our part, we will reprint the affected materials and deliver them to you at no extra cost. To ensure the best results, please provide complete details regarding your preferred colors, materials, and finishing specifications.

7 Risks & Ownership

Once the materials (printed or non-printed) are delivered to you, they become your responsibility and are held at your own risk. Ownership of the products is transferred to you upon delivery.

8 Prices & Payment

Product prices listed on our website are subject to change over time. These adjustments may occur due to fluctuations in the cost of paper or branding materials in the market. If such costs increase, we may revise our prices to ensure we continue delivering high-quality products. Please note that price changes do not affect orders that have already been placed and are currently being processed.

All online payments are securely handled by our trusted third-party payment provider, PESAPAL. You can make payments using M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, or any other options available through PESAPAL - https://www.pesapal.com/

9 Return Policy

If the items you receive do not match your original order, you may return them to our shop. In such cases, we will reprint the materials and deliver the corrected order to you at no extra cost.

10 Privacy Policy

Your information is secure with us. At Print Space®, we only collect your contact details—such as your name, phone number, email, and delivery address—to process your order and coordinate delivery. Print Space RETURN POLICY

At Print Space, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience any issues with your printed products caused by our errors, we offer the following solutions:

1. Reprint Policy

We are committed to quality and will reprint your order free of charge if:

  • There are printing defects such as misprints, smudges, or color inconsistencies.
  • Once the goods leave our premises we are not responsible for any damages to the goods.
  • Production errors occur, including incorrect size, material, or finishing.

How to Request a Reprint:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@Print Space-ke.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • We will assess your request and respond within 48 working hours.

2. Refund Policy (Limited Cases)

Refunds will only be granted if:

  • The order is canceled before production starts.
  • A reprint is not feasible (for example, due to discontinued products or materials).

Refund Process:

  • Refunds exclude any transaction fees charged by payment processors.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Errors caused by customer-provided files, such as low resolution, incorrect formatting, or typographical mistakes.
  • Changes requested after artwork approval and production have begun.
